The AGSE-D101 Nose/Fuselage Dock is a one piece, adjustable height, fixed dock system which provides access to the nose and fuselage of MD80/90 series aircraft. The dock is accessed by three articulating stairways which bolt to the facility’s upper mezzanine level. Two located forward on either side, and one located on the center left hand side. The dock height is adjustable from 87 inches minimum to 129 inches maximum, and is powered by motor driven jackscrews. Sliders are provided on the inboard deck edge. Mechanically driven sliders with articulating bumper ends are provided along the contour of the nose area. Two vertically adjustable finger decks (with sliders) provide
access above the forward wing area. Booms equipped with electrical and air hookups accompany the finger decks, and aid in the handling of cords and hoses. One fixed crown bridge with a vertically adjustable finger deck provides access to the top of aircraft. All finger decks are adjusted using hand-crank cable winches. A boom is provided for cabin door removal. The boom has a 500 Lb. capacity, with air hoist and a hand operated trolley.

The AGSE-D037 Modular Dock System provides access to service and maintain the DC10, MD11, and A300-600 Aircraft. Vertical dock adjustment is provided by pin legs spaced at three inch intervals. This will accommodate the various aircraft jacking heights. Access to various deck levels is accomplished by stairs attached to each dock module. ‘Clip-on’ stairs are included to adjust stair height over the vertical travel range of the dock modules. Each module is caster
mounted for easy positioning.

The AM-1022 General Purpose Adjustable Workstand provides easy work access for most all aircraft. The platform working heights adjust from 4 Ft. to 22 Ft. The AM-1704 stand is the same as AM-1022, with the addition of an enclosed work area for additional safety while on wings surfaces. The AM-1216 stand is the same as the AM-1022, with an additional work platform capable of expanding to various angles for ease of windshield access. AGSE has designed this system for access to the KC-10 #2 engine. The platforms are a totally self-contained
set of two scissors stands that require three pallet positions in the aircraft during transport. One set of coupled 88" x 108" military pallets are required plus one single pallet for accessory hardware storage box. A protective bumper is fastened to the ends of each slider and all other surfaces that may come in contact with the aircraft. Handrails and toe plates are provided on open outer sides of each working deck.

The AM-1166 AFT Fuselage and AM-1167 FWD Fuselage Stands have been designed to provide access to the B727-200 aircraft at the floor level and ceiling level for general maintenance, overhaul and painting. Both the forward and aft stands cantilever over the wing and provide a continuous walkway from the Nose Dock to the rear door on each side of the aircraft. Flooring and stair steps are of steel, non-skid decking called aero deck. The decking can be manufactured from galvanized steel or can be primed and painted.
Protective bumpers follow the contour of the aircraft and protect the skin during positioning. Safety chains and 42" high handrails are attached the full length of all walkways. Swivel casters with steering arms, tow bars and brakes are provided with each stand for positioning to the aircraft. Vertical adjustment of the stand will allow access to a jacked or unjacked aircraft. Adjustment is by telescoping leg assemblies, manually pinning to attain the desired elevation. The low position of both stands is determined by an O.E.W. aircraft and the high position by the clearance required for a normal gear retraction.

The AGSE-E009 Tail Stand is a caster mounted stand specifically designed for American Airlines to service the tail section of the Fokker F100 Aircraft. The tail stand is fixed height with multiple decks to service and maintain the vertical and horizontal stabilizers. The first deck provides access to the thrust reverser. A gate is provided on the first deck landing to facilitate removal of tool boxes and other heavy equipment. A hinged deck is provided on the forward end of the tail stand to provide access to the exhaust plug and engine pylon. The deck elevation is adjusted through the use of a cable winch. The second deck provides access to the horizontal stabilizer and upper vertical stabilizer surface. The deck surfaces that abut the aircraft (on all deck levels) include movable sliders with non-marking bumpers. Lights, electrical receptacles, and air receptacles are provided around the periphery of each deck level.

The AGSE-M057 Engine Access Stand is a three-level, fixed height structure providing engine access for MD80 and MD90 Aircraft. The Stanley 220531 towbar is used for towing B747 aircraft.

The towbar is used for towing and steering the aircraft by attaching to the aircraft\'s Nose Landing Gear (NLG) and being pulled by a tow tractor. The towbar primarily consists of a cylindrical steel body. At one end of the tow bar is a lunette eye, which connects to the tow tractor. The lunette eye is equipped with a shock absorbing mechanism to reduce the shock load on the NLG. At the opposite end of the towbar is a mechanical head assembly, which connects to the aircraft NLG. The towbar is mounted on an articulated undercarriage with a hydraulic pump and a retract spring which raises and lowers the towbar.
