The AGSE-D101 Nose/Fuselage Dock is a one piece, adjustable height, fixed dock system which provides access to the nose and fuselage of MD80/90 series aircraft. The dock is accessed by three articulating stairways which bolt to the facility’s upper mezzanine level. Two located forward on either side, and one located on the center left hand side. The dock height is adjustable from 87 inches minimum to 129 inches maximum, and is powered by motor driven jackscrews. Sliders are provided on the inboard deck edge. Mechanically driven sliders with articulating bumper ends are provided along the contour of the nose area. Two vertically adjustable finger decks (with sliders) provide
access above the forward wing area. Booms equipped with electrical and air hookups accompany the finger decks, and aid in the handling of cords and hoses. One fixed crown bridge with a vertically adjustable finger deck provides access to the top of aircraft. All finger decks are adjusted using hand-crank cable winches. A boom is provided for cabin door removal. The boom has a 500 Lb. capacity, with air hoist and a hand operated trolley.

The Range Simulation and Diagnostic Station (RSDS) provides a climactically clean room environment housing instrumentation and equipment for the purpose of supporting the ABL Test Program. The RSDS is designed to be used in conjunction with the AGSE-M122 Turret Maintenance and Conditioning Platform (TMCP).
The RSDS is supported by a Rolling Base that is fabricated primarily from structural grade tube steel. The Rolling Base is horizontally cross-braced to ensure square alignment of the vertical lift system. Four (4) ton capacity floor jacks are mounted to the rolling base to stabilize the structure. The floor jacks feature hand crank operation of a worm gear and acme screw actuator with swivel-mounted shoes.
The RSDS features a 10,000 clean room with a separately partitioned gowning area. A sliding door separates the two rooms. The environment of both rooms is climactically controlled by a system made up of a air conditioner, humidifier, blower and HEPA filters. The rooms also feature fluorescent lighting, insulated walls, smoke detectors, fire sprinklers and power outlets. The clean room has a pendant control for vertical and horizontal motion and communication headsets that can be plugged in at various locations.

The AGSE-D160 C130 dock system is designed to provide personnel access to service the aircraft wings, AFT fuselage, and horizontal and vertical tail components. The dock system consists of interlocking elevated platform sections as well as specialized support equipment designed to compliment the platforms. There are three basic platform components; a fixed tail mezzanine, mobile multi-sectional wing stands and AFT fuselage access ramps that allow access between the tail mezzanine and wing stands. Specialized support equipment includes mobile and fixed tool lifts, a rolling sloping longeron stand and deck-mounted wing cradles.
The fixed single deck tail mezzanine structure provides the basis for situating the aircraft and wing stands within the hangar. An access stair and tool lift is provided at the rear corner of the mezzanine deck. The mezzanine deck is reinforced in key locations to allow tail jack placement and use on the deck. The deck is designed to support the repair of a detached Horizontal Stabilizer.
Aft fuselage access ramps provide access to the fuselage and connection between the mezzanine and wing stand. The ramp deck has a sloped transition to accommodate the elevation change between the mezzanine and inboard fuselage stand raised deck. Slider panels are provided along the inboard edge to conform to the fuselage contour. The ramps are caster mounted for precise positioning and relocation within the facility. A hinged deck section is located at the AFT end to allow the unit to be moved into location without requiring movement of other stand sections.
The wing dock system consists of six caster mounted mobile stands per side. Sliders at the inboard and outboard fuel pod locations allow pod removal and installation with the aircraft docked in stands. Slider panels are incorporated along the inboard edge of the inboard stands to provide a deck surface which conforms to the aircraft contour. An access stair and tool lift is provided along the trailing edge of the left and right wing stand set. Deck slider panels are provided at wing and engine jack shoring positions. Cover plates at each wing jack location conceal gaps between jack legs and sliders. Removable and adjustable handrail sections are provided along the perimeter of the assembled wing stands. All stands lock together at the inner corners using bolt or turnbuckle connections.
The mobile tool lifts are provided for convenience at the tail stand and wing stand locations. The wing stand tool lifts are mobile to allow roll-away in the event the wing stands are to be moved or additional aircraft or equipment clearances are required.

The AGSE-D002 Tail Dock is designed to service the tail sections of the Boeing 737 and 767 aircraft. The tail dock is vertically adjustable from a low position which services the B737 when on tires to a high position for servicing the B767 while stabilized on aircraft jacks. The AGSE-D002 Tail Dock is designed to service the tail sections of the Boeing 737 and 767 aircraft. The tail dock is vertically adjustable from a low position which services the B737 when on tires to a high position for servicing the B767 while stabilized on aircraft jacks. The tail dock is a split type crane rail mounted system which separates laterally to allow the aircraft to be positioned tail first into the hangar. Each half of the tail dock is composed of three main structures. The main framework is mounted on the crane wheels and provides the support and guides for the level 1 structure and the levels 2 through 5 structures. This design allows for minimal space restriction around the lower bulk cargo doors while still providing a stable system. The level 1 structure and the levels 2 through 5 structures have independent motorized vertical travel. The level 1 structure provides access to the aft cabin door and full coverage around the horizontal stabilizer and elevators. Slider deck panels are provided on the inboard edge of the platform to adjust the contour to fit snugly against the aircraft skin. The slider deck panels aft of the tail cone extend to the center line of the aircraft providing continuous access around the rear of the aircraft. The APU compartments of both aircraft may be accessed from the hangar floor by retracting the slider panels below the APU. Separate caster mounted platforms are provided for access to the leading and trailing edges of the horizontal tail. the platforms are sloped to match closely the angle of the horizontal tail. Wheel brakes are provided to secure the platforms in position. A double gate is provided along the outer board handrail to allow materials to be raised or lowered to or from the level 1 deck by means or fork lift.

Levels 2, 3, 4 and 5 are combined into a single structure and provide access to the vertical fin and rudder. Each level has slider deck panels provided on the inboard edge of the platforms which adjust to fit snugly against the vertical tail or to extend to the center line of the aircraft providing continuous access around the front or rear. Additional slider panel travel is made where required to allow for full rudder swing. All slider panels are fitted with non marking; Skydrol resistant, bright yellow bumpers to protect the aircraft. Telescoping handrails and gates are provided at the ends of the platforms to provide fall protections. All decking and slider panels are Aerodeck, skid resistant steel. All smooth decking is coated with a high profile non-skid coating.

The AM-1217 Wing Stands have been designed specifically for under wing, leading and trailing edge access of the Lockheed L-1011 and the Boeing 747 in the jacked and un-jacked condition. Due to their vertical adjustment, excellent access is afforded to other wide body aircraft, such as Douglas DC-10's, the family of Airbus A300's and new generations such as B767/757. Although designed for under wing se, each stand (12 in total) may be used on other areas of the aircraft such as the horizontal stabilizer and elevator. Each stand has an adjustable parallelogram stair with non-skid "AERODECK" treads. Platforms match the nominal dihedral of the aircraft and have "AERODECK" flooring with slider sections at each end. Platforms are elevated by an air-operated twin jack screw assembly driving a single scissor. Upper and lower limit devices prevent over-travel. Mobility is provided with large diameter swivel casters with locks and full face contact brakes. Services consist of electrical and air convenience outlets. Lighting is provided in the form of fluorescent light wans wired directly into junction boxes. Electrical service to the stand is from hanger power and connects to a pig-tail fitting at the base of the stand. Air service to the stands also connects at the base with each stand or interconnecting stands. A connecting hose is supplied so that up to three (3) stands along the leading edge or three (3) sections along the trailing edge may be connected. Air manifolds are located on top of each platform. The elevating system is air-powered with a control valve located on top of the platform next to the stair landing. The air system is protected with a filter and lubricator. Each stand is supplied with a tow bar, but lightweight construction will allow hand movement by three (3) to four (4) personnel.

The AGSE-D037 Modular Dock System provides access to service and maintain the DC10, MD11, and A300-600 Aircraft. Vertical dock adjustment is provided by pin legs spaced at three inch intervals. This will accommodate the various aircraft jacking heights. Access to various deck levels is accomplished by stairs attached to each dock module. ‘Clip-on’ stairs are included to adjust stair height over the vertical travel range of the dock modules. Each module is caster mounted for easy positioning.

Powered bootstrap adapters are included with the system that are designed to accommodate cradles manufactured by various suppliers. The input electrical power can also be customized.

The AGSE-D076 Tail Dock is an adjustable height, caster mounted, one piece, multi-level dock that provides access to the tail of B737-800 aircraft. The second level provides ground access with two stairways (located on either side of dock). This level accommodates the horizontal stabilizer, and is equipped with a pneumatic hoist for aft cabin door removal. The first level is accessed from a stairway located in the middle of the second level, and provides access to the APU. Levels three through five provide access to the rudder section and include mechanically driven sliders in the rudder swing area. Each of these levels are accessed from two fixed stairways (located on either side). All inboard edges have contour adjustable panels (sliders) that provide docking clearance. The dock height is adjusted using motor driven jackscrews.
