Scissor actuated work platform that provides a working range from 3' to 18'. Basic platform size is 8' x 10' on the standard unit, with options available. Capacity is 2,000 lbs. The AGSE-D037 Modular Dock System provides access to service and maintain the DC10, MD11, and A300-600 Aircraft. Vertical dock adjustment is provided by pin legs spaced at three inch intervals. This will accommodate the various aircraft jacking heights. Access to various deck levels is accomplished by stairs attached to each dock module. ‘Clip-on’ stairs are included to adjust stair height over the vertical travel range of the dock modules. Each module is caster mounted for easy positioning.

The AGSE-D104 Maintenance Dock System provides complete access to service and maintain B737-200 through -600 and A320 aircraft. This system is comprised of six dock and access stand components which provide the total coverage for the aircraft (see list below). Vertical and horizontal dock adjustment is provided by hand crank drives, motor driven jackscrews, jacking legs, and legs that pin into multiple positions. This allows access for “D” check inspections and maintenance with aircraft jacked to unload the landing gear. Access stairs are amply provided on all components with clip-on stairs compensating for various dock heights. All inboard edges have contour adjustable Aerodeck™ sliders that provide docking clearance and close-up all gaps. Stowable chain handrail is provided for added safety around any open edges and on sliders.

Designed to provide access to the radome and windshield of a Boeing B727 jacked or unjacked aircraft. Fold down handrails are provided so the radome may swing open and permit access to the radar unit. The upper level of the Nose Dock is for access to the windshield area for maintenance and service. The stand is positioned to the aircraft on 4 swivel casters with locks and brakes. Two steering arms are supplied to make docking easier and to avoid damaging the aircraft. Protective bumpers of a minimum of 3" OD are fastened to the stand where aircraft contact may take place. The vertical adjustment available in this piece of equipment is by means of a telescoping leg assembly and manually pinned in increments to be specified by the customer.
Decking is of a non-skid material called aero deck and is a product of AGSE Corporation. It can be supplied galvanized or painted finish. Samples will be supplied on request.

Provides access to the tail section of the DC10, MD11, and B767 Aircraft. The stand includes two optional personnel lifts for access to the sides of the vertical stabilizer and engine inlet. A tool lift is provided to transport tools and aircraft hardware between the working deck and the ground. A track mounted deck retracts to accommodate the tail cone and extends aft when the tail cone is lowered during engine change. The forward end of the stand is contoured and includes sliders to match the aircraft shape. The stand has adjustable pinned legs to accommodate the various aircraft jacked heights. A fixed stairway, with clip-on stair treads is provided to access the deck area. Each stand has either dimpled Aerodeck or smooth Aerodeck with non-skid paint applied. Bumpers are provided on the inboard edges abutting the aircraft. Provides a climactically clean room environment housing instrumentation and equipment for the purpose of supporting the ABL Test Program. The RSDS is designed to be used in conjunction with the AGSE-M122 Turret Maintenance and Conditioning Platform (TMCP).
The RSDS is supported by a Rolling Base that is fabricated primarily from structural grade tube steel. The Rolling Base is horizontally cross-braced to ensure square alignment of the vertical lift system. Four (4) ton capacity floor jacks are mounted to the rolling base to stabilize the structure. The floor jacks feature hand crank operation of a worm gear and acme screw actuator with swivel-mounted shoes.
The RSDS features a 10,000 clean room with a separately partitioned gowning area. A sliding door separates the two rooms. The environment of both rooms is climactically controlled by a system made up of a air conditioner, humidifier, blower and HEPA filters. The rooms also feature fluorescent lighting, insulated walls, smoke detectors, fire sprinklers and power outlets. The clean room has a pendant control for vertical and horizontal motion and communication headsets that can be plugged in at various locations.
