AGSE Global Services Cuts the Ribbon at its Paris Facility

Buc, France–June 2025

AGSE Global Services has commenced operations at its workshop on the outskirts of Paris, its first European site outside the United Kingdom. The burgeoning service center network provides maintenance, repair, and asset management support for an extensive range of ground support equipment and tooling, including engine stands, engine and airframe tooling, HPUs, GPUs, service carts, jacks, lifters, and hoists, all for the region's airline and MRO communities. The new facility, located in the Buc commune, is a short drive from Safran Aircraft Engines' Villaroche production center, which supports the industry-leading LEAP, CFM56, and GE90 engines, as well as its Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines MRO plant.

"We're excited to broaden our unrivaled support and build trusted partnerships with customers in France and beyond to ensure their GSE and tooling continue to operate safely and efficiently," said Ben Grewcock of AGSE Global Services.

The latest site is AGSE Global Services' fifth to open since the company launched in 2023, following the acquisition of GSE Tool Support by Advanced Ground Systems Engineering. The company now operates from three locations in the United Kingdom (Cardiff, Wales; London Heathrow; and Prestwick, Scotland), as well as one in the United States in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas. AGSE Global Services is Now Up & Running in the USA with its New Dallas/Fort Worth Workshop

Fort Worth, Texas, USA–March 2025

AGSE Global Services, launched through Advanced Ground Systems Engineering's 2023 acquisition of GSE Tool Support, officially cut the ribbon at its versatile Texas workshop. The shop, next door to MTU Maintenance's primary North American jet engine repair hub at Perot Field Fort Worth Alliance Airport near Dallas, will provide maintenance, repair, and asset management support for an extensive range of ground support equipment and tooling, including engine stands, engine and airframe tooling, HPUs, GPUs, service carts, jacks, lifters, and hoists, all for the region's airline and MRO communities.

"This new facility transcends delivering the most innovative GSE and tooling aftermarket support in commercial aviation by also serving as an economical one-stop maintenance and repair solution for select engines and their transport stands, ensuring both continue to operate safely and efficiently," said Ben Grewcock of AGSE Global Services. "Being neighbors with a trusted MRO leader like MTU avoids shipping these critical assets to separate sites if the engine's AGSE or Frank Brown stand also does not meet OEM compliance."

The new site marks AGSE Global Services' entry into the Americas, building on the successful momentum of its three existing locations in the United Kingdom (Cardiff, Wales, London Heathrow, and Prestwick, Scotland). It also comes on the heels of Global Services' late 2024 acquisition of Frank Brown Aviation Ltd.'s brand name and intellectual property rights, as the burgeoning service center network is now the only OEM-approved repair and spare parts source for the legacy company's stands and tooling.

At over 140,000 square feet, the MTU site provides industry-renowned ON-SITEᴾˡᵘˢ support, including comprehensive maintenance, repair, and testing for commercial aviation's most popular engines, including GE Aerospace's CF34, CF6, and GE90, CFM International's CFM56, Pratt & Whitney's PW2000 and PW4000, and IAE's V2500. The facility also maintains a robust inventory of narrow- and wide-body AGSE engine stands available for lease as part of its SERVICEᴾˡᵘˢ portfolio.

AGSE Global Services will soon open additional shops in Paris, France, and Dubai, UAE, with more locations to follow by 2026. For more information on Dallas's complete services and support or to request a quote, please click here.
