Nicholas Cashier

Nick has over 20 years of business development, operations, and general management experience. Before his assignment with AGSE Tooling, Nick held executive leadership roles with global and midsize specialty manufacturers that service aerospace, automotive, and industrial markets, including Parker Aerospace, MTD Products, and Rockwell Automation. Based in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA, Nick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and an Executive MBA.

Stevan Case

Stevan guides the design and development of AGSE’s GSE & Tooling solutions, ensuring the company’s trusted and reliable products meet all customer and regulatory requirements. Before he arrived in 2018, Stevan took on various engineering duties in a 17-year assignment with Zodiac Seats California. He eventually rose to the Engineering Manager role, leading critical projects accommodating the aviation industry’s top aircraft manufacturers. He graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.

Sam Neer

Sam’s successful track record of improving manufacturing capabilities for the aerospace industry’s most critical suppliers proved an excellent fit for AGSE-Westmont when he came aboard in 2019. He guides all facets of the company’s production process, from supply chain to planning to quality assurance. Previously, Sam held leadership roles with Morton Manufacturing, Process Fab, Monogram Systems, Advanced Machine & Stretchform International (AMSI), and Ducommun Aero Structures. He received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach. Sam is a Honeywell Certified Black Belt.

Mike Coulson

An accomplished aerospace industry veteran, Mike served over four decades in various executive leadership roles for A.M. Castle & Company and thyssenkrupp Aerospace. His P&L responsibilities have ranged from managing single facilities to entire global business units. Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in Business & Economics from Washington State University and an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Patrick Tarvaran

In addition to leading AGSE’s accounting, information technology (IT), and human resources departments, Patrick oversees all corporate financial reporting and tax & treasury activities. Before joining the team in 2020, Patrick served as Chief Operating Officer & CFO at Western Office Interiors. He also held roles as President and CFO for Metrotile Manufacturing’s business units of Headwaters Incorporated, now Boral Limited, as well as CFO for the aerospace business unit of Microsemi. Patrick received a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton, and an MBA from Pepperdine University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Eric Henderson

Eric is responsible for building key customer and supplier relationships, expanding the AGSE brand globally, and establishing the company’s strategic goals and objectives. After transitioning from the Financial Services industry, he joined AGSE in 2015 as a Director of Corporate Development. Eric holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Trinity University and an MBA in Strategy & Operations from USC’s Marshall School of Business.

Diane Henderson

Under Diane’s leadership, AGSE has continued its legacy as the leading source of custom-designed, innovative GSE & Tooling solutions for the aviation industry. Since her appointment in 1995, Diane has overseen many organizational milestones, including the company’s product line expansion to accommodate larger engines for the industry’s latest aircraft, the move into its current 135,000-square-foot facility in Santa Fe Springs, California, USA, and the signing of its first decade-long licensing agreement to manufacture and support all LEAP Tooling. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree from UCLA and later earned her MBA from California State University, Long Beach.

Jack Yang

Jack brought his solid commercial and business aircraft engine expertise to AGSE when he signed on in April 2018. Mr. Yang set his career in motion as an Avionics Engineer for China Eastern Airlines, dedicating 15 years of service to line and heavy aircraft maintenance projects. He followed that role with a 4-year stint at Rockwell Collins, providing aftermarket technical support for Airline, OEM, and MRO customers, before transitioning to Shanghai Hawker Pacific in 2010 to help launch a service center authorized by PWC and Honeywell engines. Jack calls Shanghai, China, his home.

Bridget Mahfet

Bridget’s considerable background in the aerospace industry extended when she joined AGSE in March 2020. Her vocation started with a 6-year stint as an Engineer at Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems in Redondo Beach, California, USA. She later took on various engineering duties with Zodiac Aerospace, rising to Chief Engineer for Composite Tanks before transitioning to Precise Aerospace Manufacturing as a Vice President of Sales in 2015. Before her assignment with AGSE, Bridget worked as a Key Account Manager with Ascent Aerospace for nearly three years. She calls Chesterfield, Michigan, USA, her home.

Julio Viyella

A seasoned veteran in the aerospace industry, Julio began his assignment with AGSE in October 2016. Before that, Mr. Viyella worked in sales leadership roles for several organizations focusing on aircraft and engine ground support equipment and tooling, including Techman-Head and Hydro Systems USA. He lives in Miami, Florida, USA.

Pedro Fernandes

Pedro brought his strong business background in commercial engine operations to the AGSE team in April 2018. He commenced his aerospace career with Snecma (Safran Aircraft Engines), supporting CFM56 customers as a Field Service Representative. Pedro later moved to GE Aviation. He held positions in Lead and Senior Field Technical Program Management roles, supporting airline and engine MRO customers for the GE CF34, CF6, GE90, and GEnx platforms. He has lived in 4 countries and calls Lisbon, Portugal, his home.

Torsten Mangelsdorf

Torsten arrived at AGSE in October 2019 with over twenty years of experience in engine maintenance, customer support, and sales at industry-leading OEMs and MRO facilities. After launching his aerospace career as a Performance and Development Engineer at Rolls-Royce in both the United Kingdom and Germany, he worked out of the Airbus headquarters in Toulouse, France, negotiating and managing fuel retention guarantees with airline customers. Torsten later moved on to GE Aviation, where he held Lead and Senior Field Technical Program Management positions, supporting airline customers and engine MROs for the GE CF6 and GE90 platforms. Before joining AGSE, he led the sales and support team at OGMA, an engine MRO service provider for the Rolls-Royce AE family. Torsten lives in Lisbon, Portugal.

Kiran Singh

Kiran’s twenty-plus years of sales leadership in the aviation industry was an excellent fit for AGSE when he came aboard in September 2018. Before joining AGSE, Mr. Singh provided sales and technical support for Iberia Maintenance, AAR Corporation, and Air France Industries/KLM Engineering & Maintenance. He later guided business development efforts for SITAONAIR, an inflight connectivity company. Kiran works out of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Ken Low

AGSE welcomed Ken in May 2018. He started his career as a Research & Development Engineer with Autoliv Hirotako before transitioning to Senior Aerospace UPECA to lead the design activities for its tooling team. Before joining AGSE, Ken worked in business and program development for SDMK, building and maintaining key relationships with companies like Airbus, Rolls-Royce, and GE Aviation. Ken lives in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
