Our Products
AGSE has you covered with the most robust product offering in the industry to fulfill your aviation transport and ground support equipment needs. We appreciate the productivity and safety of your workforce and have the superior engineering and manufacturing capabilities to deliver the best solutions on-target, on-time, and within budget. From jet engine tooling and transport equipment to MRO systems and heavy maintenance docking systems: AGSE is your source.
AGSE offers the industry’s widest selection of engine stands, transport, module container, and handling equipment. Our product quality, expertise, and durability are unmatched. Common features include elastomeric shock isolation systems, shock-absorbing swivel lock casters, and Skydrol-resistant paint. We are OEM-licensed and approved to support CFM, Engine Alliance, General Electric, Pratt & Whitney, Rolls-Royce, and Safran aircraft engine programs.
Instead of hiring an expensive charter, transport your engine on a regularly scheduled freighter using an AGSE low-profile or roll-over engine stand. Our innovative stands reduce the overall height of the engine to allow for efficient loading through low-profile doors on various aircraft. This solution, along with other custom-designed lightweight stands and accessories, are available for many CFM, General Electric, Pratt & Whitney, and Rolls-Royce engines, and provide savings on AOG time and expenses.
AGSE revolutionized engine transport with split systems that allow airlines to separate its engines into modules for safe transport on freighters and occasionally within the lower cargo bay of its own aircraft.
We are the industry leader in the development of systems that are compliant with the special handling requirements of CF6, GE90, GEnx, GP7200, and PW4000 engines for worldwide transport. Our designs not only consider the accommodation for the engine and aircraft, but also the ergonomics and safety of your crew.
Stanley Aviation, an AGSE brand, offers a broad range of civilian and military aircraft tow bars.
From regional to wide-body aircraft, AGSE offers standard and custom-designed systems to match your fleet requirements. Our dock systems are also available in individual modules that provide nose-to-tail maintenance access, while our height systems adjust easily and safely for mixed fleets.
These durable, reliable, and quality systems are developed using 3D CAD software to ensure proper fit and ergonomic access. OSHA-compliant stairs and handrails, as well as proximity switch, laser scanning system, and safety harness connection options, ensure that safety measures are met.
For over 30 years, AGSE has developed, constructed, and installed engine build and MRO systems; single and multiple bay gantries; vertical build stands; and test cell transports, cranes, and platforms. In collaboration with our parent company, Westmont Industries, our innovative engineering team can design to your specific requirements or recommend existing systems that meet your needs.
AGSE maintains an inventory of spare parts for many of our products. Spare parts are often available for shipment within 24 hours to anywhere in the world. Consult your service manual for recommended spare parts as well as scheduled maintenance intervals. Our team is ready to assist with any related questions.
