AGSE-E277-G01 Transportation Stand for PW1900G Engines

Features:

• Licensed by Pratt & Whitney for storage/transport (by air-ride truck or air shipment) of PW1900G engines in QEC configuration (ready for installation) with swing-up, store, & position casters

• Suitable for air shipment on main decks of A300F*, A310F*, A330F*, B747F, B777F, DC-10F, MD-11F, C-130, L-100, CL-44, An-22, An-124, An-225 & IL-76 aircraft

o *May require engine inlet, tail cone & flight mount to be removed

• Includes bootstrap adapters to support engine during removal/installation from/to transportation stand or aircraft

Mobility:

• Transportable by Handling Specialty’s MGV-120-X BTS Cart
• Transport base consists of frame supported by four (4) shock-absorbing caster assemblies:

o Each assembly offers 5” wide x 10” diameter wheel for easy mobility & weight capacity of 5,000 pounds each
o Shock-absorbing Polyurethane tread wheels, position locks, & face brakes
o All four (4) assemblies pin in elevated position for air/truck transport of entire unit with engine

• Tow bar stows on base frame when not in use

o Storage for engine adapters & flight mount brace

• Shock-mounted base protects engine
• Tie-down rings secures engine & stand during transportation
• Maximum towing speed of 5 km/hr or 3 MPH
