The 11C4572P01 (AGSE-C084-G01) fixture is designed to safely manipulate and transport the GEnx-1B/-2B Fan Stator Module via air and ground. Four hoist points are provided to lift the fan stator module and stand using overhead crane(s) and hoist(s), or suitable lift system, to rotate the entire assembly 90 degrees from horizontal to vertical positions and back again. The pallet frame is adjustable to accommodate two air shipping positions for DC-10, MD-11, B777 and B747 freighters when horizontal, with forklift provisions. A support frame with ring to support the forward flange of the fan module with OGV detachable ring is track-mounted to the vertical structure of the main support frame. The support frame rotates and is hydraulically driven vertically to installation and shipping positions of the fan module. An OGV ring storage position is included with the support frame to provide mobility of the stand and fan module when in the vertical position.

The Stanley Part Number 110505 Engine Shipping Stand is designed specifically for transportation,
ground handling, and bootstrapping of PW 2037 Engines used on Boeing 757 aircraft. It is used in
conjunction with the 110506 Cradle. The –1 and –701 configurations are basically similar, the major
difference being the shape of the rails. The –90 configuration is also similar, with the major
difference being the distance between the rails. The –1 and –701 rails are 88 inches apart and
the –90 rails are 90 inches apart.
The 110505 Stand rides on locking swivel casters and shock mounts and is equipped with a
towbar. The casters are shock-absorbing and may be mounted at either of two heights. The lower
position provides one inch clearance for engine installation and removal, and the upper position
provides five (5) inches for towing. The casters may be stowed on the stand for shipping. The aft
castors are equipped with locking brakes. The shock mounts prevent unwanted vibration or shock
loads from being transmitted in the engine during handling and shipping. The towbar may be
attached to either end of the stand.

The outer frame assemblies are designed to be stacked on top of each other for storage and shipping. The G03 assembly is designed to be used to ship the CF34-8E engine, by having an extended bumper on both the forward and aft end to protect the engine.

2C81052G01 (supercedes 2C81052G02): There is a requirement for an assembly (Cradle) to use during installation of the engine into the Engine Outer Frame Assembly (2C81051). The assembly must function in conjunction with the Frame Hoist Adapter (2C81062). The assembly will be required to support the engine while the engine is in the Outer Frame Assembly. This Frame Assembly fulfills these requirements.

The 9C6030-P01, AGSE p/n AGSE-E100-G01, Fan Transfer Stand is designed to support either the General Electric GE90-94B or -115B fan stator assembly during quick engine change separation/mate procedure. The stand attaches to the fan stator case at designated ground handling points. The stand contains jacking caster legs for alignment during the procedure. The fan stator case provides the center connecting structure support for the stands side frame assemblies. The stand separates for storage in a reusable container. The stand must be moved manually during the procedure.

The GE 956A1611P02 (AGSE-E248-G02) Core Module Shipping Container is designed in accordance with GE requirements for the LEAP-1A/-1C and -1B aircraft engines.

The unit is equipped with a FWD strong back to support the rotor radially and act as a rotor lock to prevent rotation. The unit is also equipped with shock mounts to help minimize the transmission of damaging loads caused by truck or air transportation.

The AM-1069 is designed to interface with the model AM-1068 engine cradle and provides a base for truck or ramp transportation of the CF6-50 engine. The unit is equipped with a shock isolation system in conformance with GE specifications. Caster assemblies are provided for ramp transportation. The casters are designed to retract by the removal of a single pin at each wheel unit. The unit is equipped with rails set at 90" centers. The rails are positioned to allow direct engine transfer from the base to various other types of equipment. The cradle is equipped with rollers that interface with the rail system. Alignment guides and positive stops are provided at each end of the rail to prevent inadvertent movement off the end of the rail of the engine cradle. In addition, a pin type lock is provided to position the engine cradle centrally over the shock isolation system during transportation.
