- Constructed per American Airlines plans and specifications
- Complies with applicable codes and standards, including UBC and OSHA as adopted by Oklahoma
- Fabricated from structural steel shapes, plates, and tubing conforming to ASTM A36, A500, and A513
- Components are bolted with ASTM A325 or SAE Grade 5 (or better) fasteners, or welded
- Deck surfaces and sliders made from steel Aerodeck™ with non-skid paint
- Sliders include locks to prevent free sliding
