Base frame consists of a welded steel structure mounted to a 96″ x 125″ standard pallet with side fork access when in horizontal position
Main support frame includes dual roller tracks for smooth movement between loading positions and houses the integrated hydraulic lift system
Hydraulic controls allow vertical adjustment of the center support frame and rotation between horizontal and vertical orientations
Center support frame rides on guide rails and supports the fan case mounting plate using both flanged and “V” groove rollers
Rotating plate includes a safety cutout to prevent accidental lowering unless properly aligned
Manual rotation and locking mechanisms control the mounting plate position
Integrated storage container for mounting hardware is included on the center frame
Shipping braces secure components during transport

Forklift capable of moving the stand in both vertical and horizontal positions
Stand rotation between vertical and horizontal positions can be performed using the hydraulic system
Alternatively, rotation can be done with two overhead hoists, requiring independent control and trained operators
