APPLICATION
- Designed to transport the Pratt & Whitney PW2037 engine in QEC configuration
- Engine must be installed on AM-2472M or AM-2510M engine stand during transport
- Engine stand pins quickly and securely into place on the dolly
- Suitable for ground transport; towable from either end
FUNCTION
- Engine stand is mounted to dolly and secured via dedicated attachment points
- Enables safe movement of engine/stand assembly across ramp or facility grounds
Design
- Fabricated steel frame supports compatible engine stand configuration
- Towable from either end using a heavy-duty towbar
- Includes hand-operated parking brake on rear axle
Mobility
Equipped with two axles rated at 9,000 lbs each
- Track width: 87 inches
- 9 x 10 ten-ply pneumatic tires, inflated to 85 PSI
- Both axles are steerable via towbar
- Maximum towing speed (with engine): 5 mph
