Design
- Constructed of welded and bolted structural steel and aluminum with non-skid Aerodeck stair treads and flooring
- Handrails and toe plates provided around the perimeter for operator safety
- Four jack screws support the deck and provide vertical travel by electric motor
- Height range: minimum 34 inches, maximum 157.5 inches, allowing full 360-degree access around the engine core module
- Vertical Reciprocating Conveyor system rated for loads up to 2,000 pounds between platform levels
- Under-platform lighting provides approximately 100 foot-candles of illumination, controlled from the main panel
- Includes four 220V–50 Hz convenience outlets, two retractable air hose reels, and a filter-regulator for air tools
- Fabricated from structural steel shapes conforming to ASTM A500 and A36 materials
- Bolted connections use A325 structural bolts or Grade 5 commercial hardware
- Pins and hardware are corrosion resistant or plated as required
- Primed and painted with high-grade air-dry enamel, with color optional
