AM-2500

This Vertical Build Stand provides a total access work platform for a vertically positioned engine, making all engine areas accessible while maintenance and/or fabrication is performed. The platform offers a minimum height of 3’0 and a maximum working height of 8’0”, equaling a total travel distance of 5’0”. A quantity of two jack screws support the deck and provide vertical travel by Electric Motor. Two hinge trap doors provide clearance for easy core positioning into the stand. Sliders provide a minimum spacing of 28” 1/2 to 61” inch opening diameter. This provides conforming contours of the access stand deck to the engine. Handrails with toe plates are provided on all sides. Tool tray workbenches are also included on the fixed handrails.

The AM-2500 vertical Engine build Access Stand is designed with a maximum platform capacity of 2500 Lbs (1134 kg) and a maximum concentration of 50 pounds per square foot (PSF).

Electrical outlets, sealed fluorescent lighting, and air outlets are provided at appropriate and convenient locations on each unit.
